Gratitude and Grief: I never doubted that our great love was worth the grief I was experiencing, but my heart felt broken and my life derailed.
2007:
I. Strength When You Need It: Fitness and Cancer Therapy
II. Strength When You Need
It: Nutrition and Complementary Therapy during Cancer Treatment
These articles discuss the therapeutic approaches that helped
my husband during and
after chemotherapy. Although his disease was incurable, exercise,
nutrition, and other support helped him maintain strength, vitality, and
optimism.
2006:
"Designing
Exercise Programs to Lower Fracture Risk in Women," was published February
2006 in the Strength and Conditioning Journal. I've published about
twenty other articles, most of which are found at this website. For a
complete list of publications, see my resume.
