Strong bones are essential to an attractive and healthy body.  Unfortunately, poor bone health (osteoporosis and osteopenia) is common in American woman.  Bone strength is of special concern to women at midlife and older, but poor bone health is increasingly common in younger women due to inadequate nutrition, severe dieting, too little or too much exercise, genetic factors, and smoking.

 

Fortunately, you can improve bone health and lower fracture risk with a well-designed exercise and nutrition program that simultaneously improves your general health, appearance, and self-confidence.  This class, designed for women of all ages and fitness levels, will help you develop strong bones for life.  The class will emphasize the following:
