This class is for women who are actively involved in a strength-training program that they have been practicing for at least 6 months. We will meet in the fitness center in groups of three for two sessions to improve your exercise form and safety, work out routine problems, re-vitalize your program, and learn new effective exercises. Groups will meet at the times posted, but I will stay later or come early to address individual needs. Contact Jackie D’Amore (x 6702) in Human Resources to join one of the three groups.

This class is for women who wish to begin a strength-training program in the gym. We’ll meet in the fitness center for three consecutive weeks to learn safe exercise form and a beginning-level strength routine. Maximum number of participants is four, so please join this class only if you can commit to a regular practice of two 45-minute strength-training sessions per week in the fitness center.
